Made with 100% Mencía grapes. Cold maceration for 18 hours, with fermentation at a controlled temperature between 15 and 17oC. Bright, clean and bright raspberry red colour. • Frank nose, good intensity. Fresh and sweet, very varietal, the sensations of red fruit, strawberry and raspberry and a light floral sensation dominate. On the palate it is fresh and sweet. Notes of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry reappear. It is dense, with good acidity and medium persistence.
