Merayo Godello White wine

Merayo Godello is a white wine with designation of origin Bierzo and made with Godello grapes. Elaboration: Cold film maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (15-17ºC). Aged on lees in tanks for a period of four months.

Pale yellow, clean and bright. Intense on the nose. Notes of green apple, stone fruit, hints of citrus and fennel. Mineral sensations envelop the wine and give it great complexity. On the palate it is round and voluminous, but without ever losing the sensation of freshness. Citrus sensations, green apple, and minerality. The work on lees appears in the mouth, enveloping the wine and giving a greasy sensation, of slight sweetness, and overall harmony.
