Menciño Mencía Red wine

Menciño Mencía is a young wine that was made by a temperature-controlled fermentation method from a rigorous selection of grapes of the autochthonous variety "MENCIA" traditionally grown in the foothills of the Val de Valdeorras mountains, near the legendary Sil River.

Colour: Mid-layer cherry red.

Nose: It has aromas typical of the variety (raspberry), with a certain tannicity.

Mouth: It appears just acidic, soft and with a harmonious and persistent finish.

Rice with meat, red meat roasts, very spicy meats, Asturian Fabada, Madrid and Galician stews, Lacón con Grelos, etc.
