Mascún is the most emblematic ravine in the Sierra de Guara, its etymological meaning is Casa de Hadas, in this wine the magic of nature and the wisdom of man merge.
Manual harvest, at the Camino El Molino estate
Elaboration: It has been macerated with its skins for 24 hours and then it has fermented for 20 days at 16º C
Very bright pale pink with purple iridescence. On the nose it is very expressive with floral notes, raspberry and strawberry, also pineapple. On the palate it is light and enveloping, easy to drink and with a slight touch of final acidity. It is long in the retronasal route, where the varietal aromas typical of the variety persist. A wine that invites you to continue with it.
As an aperitif, with mushroom risotto, etc.
