Mascaró Pure Nature Cava
The grapes we use to make the cava base wines come from our estate Mas Miquel\" located in Aiguamúrcia (Tarragona). The harvest is completely manual and the transfer to the winery is done in small boxes to protect the quality of the grapes as much as possible.
The grapes are pressed whole, using only the flower must for the elaboration of the cava base wine. The must obtained is fermented at a controlled temperature to maintain the aromas in its entirety.
The process of second fermentation and aging in the bottle make it acquire the structure and complexity that characterize a high quality Cava.
El Cava Reserva Mascaró Brut Nature Pure\" by not carrying expedition liquor allows us to value the wine in all its expressions and nuances. It is cava in its purest form.
Pale yellow with greenish reflections and bright, crystalline appearance. The bubbles are thin and have a good detachment.
Elegant fruit expression with clean notes of fresh yeast.
In the mouth it is dry, tonic and balanced, with structure. Good permanence in the mouth and pleasant finish.
For its elegance and freshness this is an ideal cava to take as an aperitif.
