The grapes to make the base cava wines come from the vineyards of our Mas Miquel estate located in Aiguamurcia (Tarragona). The harvest is completely manual and the transfer of the grapes to the winery is carried out in small boxes to protect the quality of the grapes as much as possible.

The bunches are pressed whole reserving only the flower must for the production of the base cava wine that we ferment at a controlled temperature to fully preserve its aromas. The second fermentation and aging process in bottle provides the structure and complexity that characterize a high quality Cava.

Pale straw yellow in colour and glossy in appearance. The bubbles are fine and have a good presence.

Fruity aromas and fine aging.

In the mouth it is dry, balanced and full-bodied.

Given its characteristics, this is a versatile cava, excellent to accompany light dishes and informal meals
