Freixenet Blanc De Blancs Rose wine

Freixenet Blanc de Blancs, cava made with the varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Parellada.

To the eye it presents a straw yellow color with greenish iridescence. Its bubble is fine with a good detachment, forming a slight crown. On the nose it is fresh with fruity notes (citrus and apple) along with aniseed souvenirs. In the mouth its entrance is soft and fresh, with a bubble that fits very well in the mouth. In the retronasal pathway, memories of nuts appear. It is a cava with a dry aftertaste and marked character.
