The hearth of this exclusive Amontillado consists of 38 boots. Aged in the cellar of Castillo de San Marcos, in the coastal city of El Puerto de Santa María.

Intense and bright amber color with copper reflections. Aromas of hazelnut praline and candied orange peel, notes of varnish and woodwork on a background of smoked wood. Dry, sharp and tasty, with a refreshing acidity. Delicious and spicy salinity with an extraordinarily long finish.

Serve as a companion to consommés, foie gras, cold or smoked meats, with cheese boards, blue fish or seafood. It is a wine that pairs very well with very spicy dishes.
