Louro Magnum White wine

Made with grapes from our own vineyards, small plots of the Godello variety with an average age of 25 years, located at an altitude of more than 600 meters and grown on sandy granite soils and sandy soils with clay sediments.

These plots are located in the municipality of O Bolo, in the districts of Chandoiro, Lentellais, Outardepregos and Santa Cruz do Bolo.

The main job in viticulture is to guide these vineyards towards a traditional and ecological working method, free of aggressive treatments for the plant and its soil. As a result, the expression of the microclimate of O Bolo and its sandy granite soil take centre stage in the terroir profile of the wine, thus highlighting its minerality and salinity.

The must ferments in Foudres of 35 Hl. of French oak and remains in aging on its fine lees for 4 months until bottling.

The visual look is clean and elegant, straw-colored with a greenish trim.

It is a wine with noble aromas, which transmits its aromatic intensity from the expression of plants such as fennel, tallow and a delicate memory of chestnut blossom, with citrus notes and an attractive memory of wet rock. On the palate it appears large to the attack, fresh but voluptuous at the same time, fatty, which merges into a complex and fruity step. Its finish is marked by the saline minerality of its soil, which gives it the personality and character of a great wine.
