Sorte o Soro White wine
Wine of unique plot, located in the Bibei Valley - Santa Cruz do Bolo.
It is a raffle planted in terraces in 1.978, with an original clone of Godello of very low vigor and from where a mass selection has been made for the reproduction of plant material for the new plantations of the property.
Its south-west orientation at 710 meters of altitude, is open to the northern slope of the Bibei Valley, receiving a permanent breeze that defines its dual character, between maturity and freshness. Its granite soil stands out for its fine sands with quartz schists. This particularity gives this wine its marked saline character and its sapid and horizontal minerality.
It is cultivated in a traditional way with animal traction and applying the methods of biodynamic agriculture, as well as pruning and harvesting that are carried out according to the lunar calendar.
Fermentation in barrels of 500 liters and aging of 8 months.
It has a great elegance and marked aromas of tangerine skin and magnolia flowers, very subtle and elegant with pleasant minerality. Not only is its elegance on the palate magnificent, but it also has great acidity and an amazing balance; It is ethereal, yet at the same time powerful, \"iron fist in velvet glove\" with the electrical minerality of granite. It has a world class, perhaps the best Spanish white of the modern era
