Las Tres Filas Mencía Red wine

Vineyard in glass of aged between 60 and 80 years. Clay soil with boulders on surface. Winemaking: Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Ageing for six months on its lees in barrels of American and French oak. Bottled without prior clarification.

Red cherry with violet hues, clean. Nose: intense, fresh and elegant where dominate the sensations of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, as well as floral notes of violets. In the background, very

well integrated, are memories of vanilla, tobacco and minerals. Elegant and silky on the palate. The attack is fresh, they become the sensations of red fruits. Round, soft and silky tannin. With a very balanced acidity, the wine shows an Atlantic character of course, where the freshness and the varietal notes dominate in perfect harmony with the aromas of wood that confer complexity to wine from a background.

Meat red, blue fish, white fish.
