Ladrón de Lunas Rosé Cava

This Cava is born from the conjunction of the best Garnachas de Requena red grapes, grown in northern exhibitions and the patience and stillness of its aging in our winery.

It has remained more than 9 months at 17ºC in maximum calm and without sudden changes in temperature or light. Gaining day by day in complexity, roundness in the mouth and finesse in its bubble.

Looking for the maximum respect of the product is presented as Brut Nature, that is, without the addition of sugar that masks its naturally acquired virtues.

Maturation:

It has remained more than 12 months at 15ºC in maximum calm and without sudden changes in temperature or light.

Gaining day by day in complexity, roundness in the mouth and finesse in its bubble.

Bright red cava with shades of currant, fine bubble and persistent foam.

Intense strawberry fragrance with notes of yogurt.

The mouth is enveloping, delicious and with a delicate acidity and minerality characteristic of the soil from which the vineyard comes.

This Cava is unique to taste with seafood and as an aperitif. It is really suitable for rice, pasta and fondue.
