Elaboration: Harvested and manual selection of the best grapes. Barreling by gravity in stainless steel tanks. Cold pre-fermentation maceration during 3 days. Spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maceration with the skins 20 days in total. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
Ageing: in French oak de300 barrels and 500 l for 12 months. 12 months in the bottle.
Red Garnet of base layer. Nose emphasize cherry fruit aromas, characteristic of the variety Grenache accompanied with floral and mineral hints. In the mouth it presents elegant structure with polished tannins. Altogether is a friendly wine with a good complexity.
