La Poda Tinta de Toro Red wine

The Tinta de Toro Pruning is made through a cold maceration for 4 days to preserve the fruit and achieve greater color extraction. Fermentation at a controlled temperature.

View: Black cherry. Bouquet: Ripe red and black fruit, toasted and spicy hints of wood. Palate: Silky and juicy. I am reminiscent of ripe sweet fruit, fresh finish with a warm passage through the mouth.
