Manual harvesting. Grape transported to the winery in 20 kg "boxes". Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and cold maceration. Bottled without any bottle aging. Ideal for tapas with cheeses or cold cuts, or to accompany meals such as pasta, rice, legumes and roast meats, or fusion cuisine with an exotic and or slightly spicy touch, as well as stews and empanadas.
