La Mujer Cañón Red wine

Made from Grenache between 60 and 70 years old, from a plot of 0.64 hectares, located at 900 meters of altitude on granite-sandy soils, in the town of Cadalso de los Vidrios.

The grapes were then destemmed and macerated in cold. The must fermented at a controlled temperature and was raised in French oak barrels of 500 L. Surprising wine from old Grenache vines of the Sierra de Gredos. Complex, deep and balanced.

Cherry red color with some tile reflection. Violet trim. Very aromatic and complex nose. Ripe red fruit, balsamic, cinnamon, smoke, cocoa and soft spices that help unite the entire aromatic set.
