It has remained eight years of aging in stainless steel tank on fine lees, performing periodic batonages to keep the lees in suspension and, in this way, avoid oxidation and obtain greater volume and roundness in the mouth.
It is a tribute to 1898, the year in which one of our first Albariños, crossed the ocean on a sailboat bound for Cuba.
