La Capilla Verdejo White wine

The Verdejo Chapel is made through a careful harvest, according to a rigorous selection of plots. Winemaking started slowly with fresh grapes distributed between 225 and 500 litre new French oak barrels and 1,700 litre concrete eggs. This process of elaboration in small contents was followed by ageing on fine lees for about 6 months to achieve a volume and structure of great finesse. Only the best cuvées were chosen to create this unique white.

It shines in the glass with a straw yellow colour, the result of partial vinification in barrels. Rich and deep nose, notes of white fruit seasoned with salt and pepper with mineral touches and fine toasted notes that merge in a register of great complexity. On the palate, it is broad, tasty, its delicate roasted touch envelops the ripe fruit and an aniseed background. Harmonious and long on the palate, it persists with a pleasant liveliness. A white of great expression.
