Julián López Monastrell Red wine

Julián López Monastrell Crianza is a red wine with the Jumilla designation of origin and made with 100% Monastrell grapes.

The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation and maceration are carried out in stainless steel tanks for 8 days. Once the process is finished, it is uncovered to perform malolactic maceration.

An intense cherry red.

Nose: Aromas of very ripe red and black fruit with mineral notes.

Mouth: Complex flavor, with a toasted wood envelope, well structured with balsamic touches and background minerals that end in a long finish full of balance.
