Jose Gil Camino de Ribas Parcela La Cóncova is a wine from a unique vineyard with sandy soil and sandstone rock, La Cóncova, located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, at an altitude of 600 meters.It is a combination of tempranillo, garnacha and a small percentage of varieties such as viura, jaén, white garnacha, palomino and other white varieties, from this same plot that are processed organically and harvested manually in 250 kg crates.Once in the cellar, the vinification is carried out with 30% of the stem and the fermentation is carried out with native yeasts.Afterwards, the wine matures for 10 months in 500-litre French oak barrels

Colour: Intense cherry red with ruby sparkles.

Nose: Complex aromas of black fruit (blueberries, blackberries), violet, spicy touches and fine wood (spices, coffee).

Mouth: Elegant, structured, enveloping, with ripe fruit, toasted touches and soft, silky tannins. Balance between freshness and potency, with a greedy feeling.
