Ibericus Verdejo White wine

Verdejo is one of the most representative and unique white varieties of the Iberian Peninsula. Perfectly adapted to the drought and the unfertile and clayey soils of Castile and Leon, it offers intensely aromatic wines with a light and fragrant fennel base. Unique characteristics that we want to perpetuate through the Ibericus Verdejo range, the winery's commitment to biodiversity and the conservation of native varieties.

Lemon yellow with golden highlights. Intense aromas of tropical fruit (pineapple), stone fruit (peach), citrus fruits (lemon) and dried flowers (lavender and chamomile) on a refreshing fennel background. Slight memories of peach jelly and banana. On the palate it is unctuous, fruity and with the characteristic bitter finish of the variety.
