Ibericus Mencía Red wine
Ibericus Mencía is a red wine made from Mencía grapes, one of the most popular red varieties in the Iberian Peninsula. Originally from El Bierzo, it stands out for its minerality and intense aromas of fresh fruit and violet. Smooth and low in acidity, it is ideal to consume young. These are unique characteristics that we want to perpetuate through the Maset Ibericus range, the winery's commitment to biodiversity and the conservation of native varieties.
Cherry colour with slight violet reflections. Intense aromas of red fruits (cherry and blackberry) on a fragrant floral (violet) and balsamic (eucalyptus) background. Hints of strawberry, black pepper and licorice yoghurt. On the palate it is fresh, smooth and sweet, with round tannins and an explosion of fresh fruit. Long and fruity finish.
Sausages, Fish, Poultry and Red Meat.
