Herència Altés La Serra Blanc is a white wine from the DO Terra Alta, it is made with grapes of the Garnacha Blanca variety from the most symbolic estate, a reflection of the terroir and emblem of the house.Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast in concrete tanks with subsequent bâttonages of the fine lees for 5 months to achieve greater creaminess in the mouth.Aged for 8 months in 1 x 2500L Austrian oak fudre, in a 600L Austrian oak barrel and in a 600L amphora.Limited production of 600 bottles.

Colour: Subdued, clean and bright gold.

Nose: Penetrating aromas of wax, apricot, peach, spices and lemon peel.

Mouth: It has a fresh entrance, with a lot of concentration and minerality. Dense and creamy step, with a persistent finish. Very elegant.

Perfect pairing with a salmon tartare.
