La Cruz Verde Red wine

La Cruz Verde , is a red wine produced by Bodegas SotoManrique with the Garnacha variety.

Vinification: Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, in a concrete tank, 15% whole bunch, with temperatures between 18-26 ºC. Once finished, it was uncovered in stainless steel and then passed to 100hl tub of mastro bottaio cooperage where the wine rests 14 months and performs malolactic. In November the wine is processed and filtered only once.

Cherry color with very bright and limpid medium-low layer. The floral notes stand out, both on the nose and palate, straight and long wine, elegance and freshness in perfect balance.
