Hacienda de Arínzano Blanco White wine

Stay in 12 months in 70% Stainless steel and 30% New French oak barrel. Color: High intensity, straw yellow in the center of the glass, turning bright yellow with greenish reflections on the edges. Lively, clean, bright and crystalline. Aroma: A complex wine dominated by citrus fruits such as lemon and orange peel, as well as hints of exotic fruit (pear and mango), accompanied by sweet notes of balsamic character such as mint and honey. The aftertaste recalls lightly toasted nuts such as almond and hazelnut, white pepper and mineral brushstrokes. Palate: Very friendly, glyceric attack and medium sucrosity. In the center of the mouth it is creamy, fresh and fatty. The finish is very persistent and very balanced.
