Granbazán Ambar White wine

Granbazán Ambar is a remarkable white wine produced in 2023 by Bodegas Agro de Bazán. This exquisite wine is crafted from meticulously selected Albariño grapes sourced from our Tremoedo estate, located just 700 meters from the sea. The winemaking process begins with destemming and cooling the harvested grapes to below 10ºC, allowing for an 8-hour maceration that extracts the full structure and aromatic potential of this unique varietal. The must is then carefully extracted exclusively by gravity, and following fermentation, we achieve a wine that is both complex and glycerin-rich, setting it apart from the others.

In appearance, Granbazán Ambar exhibits a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Its aroma is a delightful bouquet of ripe fruits, prominently featuring stone fruits and quince, complemented by subtle floral notes in the background. On the palate, this wine is balanced and smooth, boasting an excellent mouthfeel and a long-lasting finish.
