Granbazán Ambar White wine
Granbazán Ambar is a wine made with a careful selection of Albariño grapes from our farm in Tremoedo, just 700 metres from the sea. We destem and cool the vintage pasta below 10ºC to subject it to maceration for 8 hours, thus extracting all the structure and aromatic potential of such a unique grape. The extraction of the tear must is carried out exclusively by gravity, after the miracle of fermentation, we managed to obtain this reference, being more complex and glyceric, a characteristic that distinguishes it.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Complex aroma of ripe fruit, highlighting stone fruit and quince, it also has floral notes in the background. Balanced in the mouth, soft, very good feel and long persistence. A unique wine, it maintains its good level year after year.
Ideal for seafood
