After fermentation for 10 days, continues with daily overpumping. After fermentation malolactic passes to American and French oak barrels for 12 months.

Deep red dress cherry dark, with good layer, clean and bright. Light aromas of ageing with predominance of very ripe black fruit. In mouth well integrated acidity and full, silky and with broad, intense flavors and well structured finish step.
