Godeval Cepas Vellas White wine

Godeval Cepas Vellas is a White Wine that comes from the selection of grapes from the oldest vineyards of the Godeval company and from a winemaking process in the presence of its own lees for 6 months, All this, gives a character of unctuousness, elegance and volume in the mouth. It is made with Godello grapes in the DO Valdeorras.

Greenish-yellow colour with golden tones, medium intensity aroma, clean, enveloping, with hints of field herbs, fennel, mint, linden flower and ripe fruit (apple, melon, peach). On the palate it is particularly pleasant, with a balance of sweet sensations that provide body and volume, acidic flavours that give freshness and mineral notes of great complexity.

It combines especially well with seafood, fish, lightly seasoned meats, mushrooms and soft cheeses.
