Godelia White wine

It is one of the few white wines from Bierzo aged on lees. Godelia Godello spends five months on lees in deposit. What makes this wine special is the evolution of the white grape and the passage of time in the bottle. In addition, Godelia Godello has a very difficult gift to achieve: it is ideal for chatting, since it is fresh and with a lot of character, but it is also excellent for pairing, thanks to the amount of nuances it possesses.

Bright straw color.

It has an intense and fruity nose, in which stone fruits and citrus fruits stand out, as well as white flowers. There is a mineral background and light nuances of fennel and freshly cut grass.

Very creamy, fruity and elegant mouth where the mineral and slightly saline notes that characterize it stand out, which together with the acidity confer a fresh and persistent finish.

Ideal for snacks, fish and seafood.
