Sommos Varietales Tinto Red wine

Elaboration: Pre-fermentation cold maceration during 48 h. Traditional controlled fermentation at temperature 25 ºc and maceration post fermentation over 8 days.

Crianza: aged on its lees in tubs of oak and a selection of new barrels of French oak, for eight months.

Color: cherry red with violet shades of very clean appearance.

Scent: medium-high intensity, it has a clean, intense aroma.

Assembling perfectly fruity and spicy nuances which add complexity and quality to the wine.

Mouth: attack soft, broad and structured, rich in sensations, with broad aftertaste, reappear where the fruity aromas and toasted notes, contributed by a fine and well integrated wood.
