Sommos Varietales Tinto Red wine

Sommos Varietales Tinto is a Mediterranean wine, where we look for the juiciness of Tempranillo and Syrah in its freshest profile. To do this, we choose the vineyards planted on north-facing slopes and store the wine in oak vats, trying to respect the purity of the grapes as much as possible. Aged separately in French oak barrels and vats and cement tanks for 8 months. After final assembly, aging for at least 4 months in the bottle.

Colour: Ruby red with very clean-looking violet hues.

Nose: An intense wine on the nose, with notes of red fruit, black fruit, flowers and a spicy and balsamic background.

Mouth: Rich in sensations. Fresh, juicy, voluminous and with a lot of travel, ideal to enjoy it in a multitude of situations.

Iberian, pasta with sauce and grilled meat.
