Gargalo Godello White wine

Gargalo Godello is a white wine with the Monterrei designation of origin. After alcoholic fermentation, isolation and subsequent selection of fine lees, reincorporation into the mother broth and periodic battonage for four months.

Greenish-yellow colour, bright, intense notes of white fruit, hints of fresh grass, boxwood, fine lees, complex, fleshy, enveloping, balanced, delicate harmony, persistent, good acidity and delicious bitterness that lengthens its elegance.

Fish and seafood, white meat and rice.
