Fruto Noble Organic Crianza is made from each variety separately in stainless steel tanks. After cold maceration for 2-3 days at 8-10ºC, let the native yeast ferment for more than 15 days, not exceeding 28ºC.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels.

Spicy aromas with balsamic notes; memories of the Mediterranean forest.
On the palate it has a pleasant entry, it is persistent and fleshy; with good acidity and sweet tannins.
