Fino Inocente

Inocente is a fine classic of Jerez made in the most traditional way following the system of criaderas and solera. The must, from grapes from our vineyards in the famous Pago Macharnudo, is fermented in American oak boots and then aged under a veil of flower for more than eight years.

The result is a pale straw-colored wine, very delicate and sharp to the nose with clear notes of its biological aging. To the palate it is light from the beginning, opening us with amplitude and freshness and leaving a pleasant persistence.

Ideal to accompany all kinds of tapas, soups, seafood and fish.
