Fillaboa White wine
Fillaboa is a wine that comes from the historic Fillaboa Estate, from vineyards of 50 hectares of surface area settled on undulating slopes that border in its southern part with the Tea and Miño rivers, a natural border with Portugal. Fillaboa belongs to the Association of Large Payments of Spain. Eight of its payments make up this 'coupage', which are the most representative and of the best quality. The texture of the soil is sandy-loam with an abundance of pebbles and the age of the vineyard ranges between 18 and 31 years.
Straw yellow color, shiny and crystalline in appearance. Aromas with tropical memories (pineapple) and apple, stone fruit and pleasant citrus notes. The attack on the palate is smooth, with a good balance of flavors and well-integrated acidity. Unctuous, soft and delicate
Ideal for fish and seafood. As an appetizer, soft starters, complex salads, mushrooms.
