Faustino I

Faustino I Gran Reserva, a wine with its own name, has become a world reference icon and the great legacy of Don Julio F. Martínez. The best Tempranillo grape, and an aging of more than 24 months in oak barrels followed by a long stay in the bottle, make this wine a benchmark in La Rioja.

Clean, bright. Ruby in colour with garnet evolution. On the nose it is very complex and elegant, with ample expression of fruit and spicy notes. On the palate, elegant, with pleasant notes from the time spent in the barrel. Long and silky finish.

It is easy to pair with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some fish with a lot of flavor or fatty, such as tuna or cod. Emmental or Gruyere cheeses. Good with mushroom rice.
