Epílogo Chardonnay Barrica White wine

For the production of this wine we have selected the best grapes from our vineyards of the Chardonnay variety, located in the Sierra de Siles, at the optimal time of maturation. The wine is aged in mixed French and American oak barrels. The wine is subjected to a small stay in barrel on its lees, controlling the wine at all times to obtain the perfect balance between fruit and wood. It has not been sought with this wine to obtain a "white wine of wood", but to give a simple touch that brings more longevity and structure to the wine, without ever forgetting the fruit.

Visual Phase: bright yellow, clean and with very attractive golden reflections

Olfactory Phase: it is a very complex wine where the tropical notes of the variety appear (pineapple, mango) and a floral component, well mixed with toasted notes of bakery and smoked typical of the stay in the barrel.

Gustatory Phase: unctuous and tasty, but at the same time light and soft, with a very balanced acidity and with a long very pleasant aftertaste with toasted memories.

Ideal for rice, cooked and grilled seafood, some pickles and blue fish.
