Dehesa del Carrizal Syrah Red wine

One of the first varieties of this breed in Spain. It seeks to produce it, maintain to the maximum all the character of this grape, doing work in respect to the fruit, where fermentation, maceration and barrel through, do not alter their personality.

Is harvested in mid-September, at night and in cold. It ferments at approximately 24 ° C maximum, and macerated for two weeks. It soon passes to barrels of French oak and one of American, where it remains something less than a year. Before heading out to the market is rounded for about 18 months in bottle.

Is a wine of an amazing cherry red colour with light purple, that endure over time. Intense aroma in the nose, where the jam is mixed mature, black olive notes and the toasted. DN mouth is sweet and tasty, filling all the mouth, but despite its intensity, grinding comes at the end of the tasting.

To enjoy in the company of meat and hunting with feathers and hair, especially with the heavy sauces and grilled.
