Emina Pasión is a red wine from Ribera del Duero. 100% tempranillo from free standing vineyards over 50 years old. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with subsequent aging in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Emina Passion in visual phase high layer dark cardinal and violet tones. Emina Deep and frank passion, primary aromas of ripe fruit from the strawberry range, coffee and roasted from its aging in barrels, structured and round, sweet tannins, with a pleasant sensation of ripe fruit and a long and pleasant finish.

It is ideal for red meats, roasts, game, all kinds of cheeses and blue fish.
