Emilio Moro Red wine

Emilio Moro made from grapes from vines between 12 and 25 years old. Its fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with subsequent ageing in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

Cherry red colour, very covered with violet tones. On the nose it is frank and elegant with a complex base of ripe black fruits. The aroma is very lively, the freshness lasting after ageing and leaving the tertiary aromas in the background, enriching the whole. On the palate it is balanced, with great volume and easy passage with a long and persistent aftertaste.

Pairs with intensely flavored dishes, grilled red meats, feather and fur game.
