El Rincón is a red wine aged by the D.O. Vinos de Madrid, made with Syrah and Garnacha Tinta grapes from their own vineyards. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
Intense color and deep mouth. Aromas of ripe fruit emerge on the nose with flowers such as violet. On the palate it is persistent, broad and fleshy.
Ideal for a Toledana-style rice.
