El Pícaro Red wine
Pícaro is a red wine with a Toro designation of origin and made with Tinta de Toro grapes.
Manual harvest between September 14 and October 6. Transport in boxes and in small trailers. Aged for two months on its lees in concrete tanks.
Intense high layer chop colour. Purple edges. Clean and shiny. Very fruity wine, with the red fruit in the foreground that is gaining complexity over time, appearing subtle floral and vanilla notes on a slight mineral background. Good and powerful attack, very nice. Red fruits appear in the background with toasted fruits gaining prominence. Velvety and very tasty step. Somewhat dry sweet tannins. Very good finish leaving rich and delicious sensations
