During fermentation, adding wine alcohol in order to preserve the natural grape sugar. Subsequently begins a period of ageing of 13 years in American oak casks, duly sealed and controlled by the regulatory Council. The production is limited to 14,000 bottles.
Bright amber colour, with copper shades. Penetrating wood smoked aromas intertwine with notes of orange blossom, candied oranges, honey and raisins. In mouth is soft, sweet and complex. Balanced
and with a lingering finish.
Is a wine which accompanies light desserts, biscuits, blue-veined cheeses, dried fruit or that can be done simply as digestive.
