Doña Beatriz Verdejo Cepas Viejas White wine

Doña Beatriz Verdejo Cepas Viejas is a wine made exclusively with 100% hand-selected Verdejo grapes from a few small centuries-old vineyards located in the province of Segovia. These are sandy prephylloxera vineyards at altitudes above 900 metres. Very light pressing to obtain the tear must. Controlled fermentation at 14ºC for 20 days. After a controlled fermentation, it is aged on lees for about 4 months, a process that gives it great complexity.

Colour: Straw yellow, bright with greenish tones. Clean and crystalline in appearance. Intense tear.

Nose: High aromatic intensity, hints of fruit and great floral expressiveness.

Mouth: Wide, balanced, round and persistent finish.
