Nose: Characteristic aromas of the Pedro Ximénez raisin grape, figs.

Mouth: On the palate not very acidic, very sweet and persistent.

It is an ideal wine to consume with desserts and sweets, such as ice cream, citrus, red fruits and dark chocolate, and as an accompaniment to blue cheeses.
