Do Ferreiro Lourido White wine

Soil: Weathered granite floor. A peculiar type of soil in which the roots of the vines are immersed in granite that can easily be dissolved with the hands.

In the vineyard: The vast majority is trellis, with pruning in Cazenave-Marcón with different types of conduction.

In the winery: Destemming, cold skin maceration, pressing, alcoholic fermentation with selected tank foot, fine lee work and steel tanks.

COLOR: Straw yellow, pale and bright.

AROMA: Powerful nose entry, phosphorus, ripe citrus fruit and marked minerality.

TASTE: Lively acidity, good center of palate, saline, iodized and with a long finish in the mouth.
