Dios Baco - Amontillado

Dios Baco Amontillado, is a unique wine and is halfway between the biological aging of finos and manzanillas but at the mature age of 9 years the flower has been cut to introduce it into oxidative aging for another ten years in the traditional system of soleras and criaderas. It is a very complex wine, both for its old age and for the sensory evolution it provides both on the nose and in the mouth. He has recently won the Gold Medal at the Mosque Awards of Cordoba.

Perfect to pair with foie, cheeses, Iberian ham, exotic dishes.
