Dehesa Carrizal MV Red wine

Dehesa Carrizal MV was born from the observation of the good balance between our varietals. It must be recognized that it is easier to make a great complete wine using the best of each of the grapes: fruity and floral aromas full of elegance provided by Tempranillo and Merlot, the tasty and fleshy in the center of the mouth of Syrah, and the structure that extends the life without being almost noticeable that Cabernet Sauvignon gives.

It spends about a year in barrels, always closely observed in periodic tastings to achieve the roundness and balance that is sought. He is an all-rounder. It is very popular with many, and it goes well with almost all dishes. It can be taken freshly bottled, but it will also make a great bottle.

It is a wine of an incredible cherry red color with clear purple edges, which last over time. Intense on the nose, where ripe jam, notes of black olive and toasted notes are mixed. Sweet and tasty, it fills the entire mouth, but despite its intensity, it arrives polished at the end of the tasting.

Accompany grilled meats well.
