Curii Trepadell White wine

Curii Trepadell comes from 60-year-old vines planted in white calcareous soils, similar to those found in Jerez and with a great influence from the Mediterranean Sea, which can be seen from the vineyard. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and pressed directly with fermentation and aging on lees without battonage in old American oak barrels of 250 liters. Very little SO2 was added in the bottling and the wine sees very light filtration.
