Cuatro Rayas Verdejo White wine

Selected vineyards. Mechanical night harvest, Cuatro Rayas Verdejo is made with selected Verdejo grapes from a delicate selection of farms and payments located in the D.O. Rueda.

Fermentation in a stainless steel tank, cold maceration for 4 hours at 6ºC.

Pale yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it is powerful, with notes of white fruit and citrus. Fresh, balanced and sweet palate, very fruity round, with character and a delicate fennel finish.

Fresh seafood, pasta and rice, cheeses, white meats.
