Cruz de Alba Red wine

After fermentation at a controlled temperature, this wine remained 20 months in French oak barrels, using the thirds system: 1\/3 new barrels, 1\/3 in one-year barrels, and 1\/3 in second-year barrels. Later it remained resting for several months in the bottle before going on the market.

Nose: Elegant and powerful nose, with mature, spicy and balsamic sensations, noble and integrated wood.

Palate: In the mouth it is tasty, with balanced acidity that integrates with subtlety, the good structure and fleshiness, the elegant and silky tannin, the barrel memories, leaving us a long and tasty finish.
